Bringing the Early University into View with the James Webb Telescope

Since the first pictures from the new James Webb Space Telescope were released less than a year ago, astronomers have been astounded. With an unprecedented window into the universe that captures images in infrared wavelengths, the telescope is revealing the first galaxies and black holes. In her talk, Professor Natarajan will present some of the exciting early scientific results emerging from its data, and discuss how it is already changing our understanding of the cosmos.
