Former Congressman Gary Franks ’75 will discuss his years in public service and activities since. Gary donated his papers to the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library. These papers will be available for review in connection with his talk. The papers have been organized in collaboration with Joshua Cochran, Curator for American History and Diplomacy at the Beinecke Library.
