8Y5 | Class Panel: Our Third Act
If the average adult lifespan is about 80, we can say that members of the Class of 1985 are in our third act, which, in a stage play, is when the story resolves. Whether by intentional choice or imposed circumstances, many of us have experienced or are experiencing significant changes to what occupies our time, what we value, and/or our sense of identity.
Moderated by our classmate Anne Wilson Brown, this "Third Acts" panel will explore how classmates are navigating these life changes, whether a planned retirement or layoff from a work career, a significant relationship lost or gained, the pursuit of a new passion, shifting family responsibilities, or other life changes that are altering our sense of time, our sense of purpose, or our identity.
