A yoga adventure designed for families. This class will consist of age-appropriate yoga poses and breathing exercises for mindfulness-based play. Each child may be accompanied by one or two parents. All sessions will be led by a certified children’s yoga instructor from local New Haven studio, Breathing Room. Mats will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: This session is not included in your reunion ticket fee, there is an additional fee of $12 per child to attend Kid's Yoga. Space is limited to the first 15 kids to sign-up, advance registration is required.
