Join Yale College Community Care (YC3) for an interactive tour of the Good Life Center, Yale’s student well-being center on campus. YC3, a new embedded mental health and well-being program on campus, aims to showcase some of what is offered to students and get you thinking about how you take care of your own well-being. On this tour you will get to see student wellness spaces including: the offline oasis, which is a tech free space, the nap room where students learn science behind sleep and ideal napping conditions and a sensory seeking room where students can engage with their senses to help improve attention and focus.

The Good Life Center is located on the second floor of the Schwarzman Center, accessible via the balcony overlooking Commons.
