Reunion Fees: In an effort to be mindful of costs and to encourage as many classmates and their families to come Memorial Day weekend, we have a flat fee registration that includes all meals and activities - come any day, any time, for as long as you can!

Surviving Spouses/Partners - The Class of 2004 welcomes you to participate in reunion activities free of charge. 

Children 3 to 12:
NOTE: Children ages 13 and up pay the guest rate listed above.

Financial Assistance:

The Class has set aside funds for classmates who may need financial assistance. To request confidential assistance please contact our YAA Liaison, Cristina Hall at cristina.hall@yale.edu. 

You can reserve on-campus housing when you register for your reunion using the blue button above. Fees are based on one bed, per person, per night, at a rate of $85 each, per night. Visit the What You Need to Know page to learn more about campus housing. Please contact Yale Housing for specific inquiries related to special accommodations.

20th Reunion Online Registration & Campus Housing RESERVATION Deadline: 
Online reunion registration and campus housing reservations will close on Thursday, May 16.  If you wish to register for reunions or reserve campus housing after online registration closes, you may do so as a walk-in during your reunion weekend.

20th Reunion Online Registration & Campus Housing CANCELLATION Deadline: 
The cancellation deadline to receive a FULL REFUND for reunion registration and campus housing is Thursday, May 2. In the event you need to cancel after the May 2 deadline, refunds are based on the Classes recoverable costs and will be evaluated after your reunion. You can cancel your registration and campus housing by logging into your registration or emailing reunions@yale.edu.

Accessibility & Special Requests Deadline:
The accessibility and special requests deadline is Thursday, May 2. The YAA makes every effort to ensure that reunions are accessible to all alumni and guests. Special transportation and limited ADA accommodations are available. If you have physical limitations, special medical needs, or requests concerning meals, please include this information on Page 2 when you register for your reunion. You may also contact YAA at reunions@yale.edu or 203-432-2110 to help with your arrangements. Discussions must take place before the special requests deadline of May 2. 

Camp Bulldog Registration & Cancellation Deadlines:
The Camp Bulldog childcare program will be held on Saturday, May 25, from 3-11pm, and is open to children ages 3-11 (children must be toilet-trained in order to participate in Camp Bulldog). Additional fees apply and advance registration is required, the program has a capacity limit and does not have the ability to accommodate walk-in registrations. You can sign-up your kid(s) for Camp Bulldog when you register for your reunion using the blue button above. NOTE: Registration for Camp Bulldog CLOSES on Thursday, May 9 (one week before online registration closes).
