Class of 2026,
Nearly a decade ago we walked through our residential college gates as undergraduates for the last time. Over 4 years, the Class of 2016 experienced unforgettable years together; late nights in Bass, long lunches at Commons, the slight fear while waiting for your laundry to dry, and most importantly, ever-blossoming friendships that sustained us through the rigors and stresses of a storied education. Now, in 2026, we have a chance to come back together and celebrate those shared experiences.
That’s why we’re excited to invite you to our 10th Reunion, taking place May 29–31. Gathering for a reunion is a special opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet classmates you may have lost touch with, and rediscover the campus that shaped our lives. Whether you’ve stayed closely connected to Yale or have been looking for an excuse to come back to the Have, we hope you’ll join us for a weekend full of nostalgia, laughter, and celebration.
The reunion team has been working to plan a weekend that captures the spirit of our class—welcoming, fun, and full of the absurdity that made our time at Yale so special. From casual gatherings and class conversations to dinners and late-night celebrations, there will be plenty of chances to reconnect and make new memories together.
Reunion is also a moment to reflect on the role Yale has played in our lives and to support the students who are now having the experiences we once shared. As part of our 10th reunion, we hope you’ll consider making a gift to the Yale College Alumni Fund in honor of the Class of 2016.
Most importantly, we hope you’ll come back to campus. Ten years have flown by, but the bonds of our class remain strong, and it wouldn’t be the same without you there.
We can’t wait to see you in New Haven this spring.
With excitement and gratitude,
Meredith Boardman
