0Y6 | Off the Map: The Second 40

Most of us are quietly in the middle of recalibrating.

Careers that looked like straight lines don’t anymore. Parents are aging at the same time kids need more, not less. The script we wrote at 22 doesn’t quite read the way we thought it would, and a lot of us are pretending we have it more figured out than we do.

This 90-minute session is a chance to set the performance down for a bit. We’ll work in small groups and hear from classmates who’ve navigated real transitions — career, family, identity — including the parts that didn’t go to plan. The goal isn’t catharsis or advice. It’s to leave with a clearer sense of what you actually value at this point in your life, and one concrete thing you’ll do differently starting Monday.

Reunion weekend can be a lot of highlight reels. This won’t be. Bring your real self.  That’s the assignment, and honestly, it’s the whole point.

Hosted by the Life Committee. No name tags required (but bring one anyway, we’ve all aged).
