7Y6 | Prioritizing Personal Health: The Three Determining Factors
We all know that living a vital, energetic life — even as we enter our eighth decade — requires attention to the right essentials: nutritious food, regular exercise, restorative sleep, and a strong sense of purpose. But if we already know what we should be doing, why do so many of us still fall short? Jeffrey Waxman, MD, '76 and his wife, Patricia Sulak, MD, have spent the last 20 years not just asking that question — but answering it. Through their wellness company, Living WELL Aware, they have helped adults of all ages embrace the mindset shifts and lifestyle changes that actually stick. Their influence even extends to the next generation through a middle school wellness curriculum now widely used across Texas. Don't miss this lively, engaging session where Jeff and Patsy reveal what it truly takes to build a wellness lifestyle that will keep you energized, active, and thriving well into your 90s — and beyond!
