To help you prepare for the NYC mini-reunion, below you will find all information regarding registration, reserving your hotel room, and important deadlines.

REGISTRATION FEE: The New York City mini-reunion fee is $350.00 per person. There are no partial fees or à la carte pricing to attend the mini-reunion. The cost is so reasonable because of a generous subsidy provided by the Class treasury.

The deadline to register for the Reunion is Thursday, October 2 @ 5pm ET.

The Reunion fee covers all expenses EXCEPT:

  • Your travel to/from New York City
  • Your transportation to/from the airport or train station
  • Your hotel room 


CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: The cancellation deadline to receive a full refund is Thursday, October 9 @ 5pm ET. In the event you need to cancel after October 9, refunds will be based on the Class's recoverable costs. In the event of inclement weather, all Reunion activities will still be held.

ROOM RESERVATIONS: A room block is available at the Yale Club of New York City. Call the hotel directly at 212.716.2100 to reserve your room. Mention our Group Name: Yale Class of 1958 to receive our group rate below. 

  • Group Rates: Standard Queen ($379 per night)
    • **PLEASE NOTE** that additional charges – for example, breakfasts, gym use, etc. – are not included in our room rate and are to be paid by the occupying classmate at checkout. 
  • Room Type: Standard Queen
  • Check-in Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025
  • Checkout Date: Sunday, October 26, 2025

There are a limited number of rooms in our hotel room block so make your reservations by Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. **PLEASE NOTE** that our Group Rate expires at midnight on August 28. Once expired, you can try to reserve rooms at the Club's current selling rate at the time of booking.

**If you are no longer able to attend the NYC Mini-Reunion and need to cancel, you will also need to contact the Club directly to cancel your hotel room.

NYC Mini-Reunion Registration Deadline - Thursday, October 2 @ 5pm ET

NYC Mini-Reunion Cancellation Deadline (Full Refund) - Thursday, October 9 @ 5pm ET
Cancellations made by the above deadline will receive a full refund.  After that date, refunds will be based on the Class's recoverable costs.

Hotel Room Reservation Deadline - Thursday, August 28 @ 11:59pm ET

Hotel Room Cancellation Deadline (Full Refund) - Room reservations are booked and managed by the Yale Club of New York City. Cancellation date will be noted on your room reservation confirmation after booking.
