To help you prepare for the Chicago 64th Reunion, below you will find all information regarding registration, reserving your hotel room, and important deadlines.

REGISTRATION FEE: The Chicago Reunion fee is $475.00 per person plus applicable fees for Saturday afternoon activity packages. The cost is so reasonable because of a generous subsidy provided by the Class treasury.

The deadline to register for the Reunion is Thursday, September 4 @ 5pm ET.

The Reunion fee covers all expenses EXCEPT:

• Your travel to/from Chicago
• Your transportation to/from the airport
• Your hotel room 
• Saturday afternoon activities
   

SATURDAY AFTERNOON ACTIVITY OPTIONS & FEES: 

❖Option A: Goodman Theater Matinee | Ashland Avenue - $135 (includes an authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza lunch at Giordano's)

❖Option B: Wrigley Field | Chicago Cubs -vs- St. Louis Cardinals - $80 (includes $25 meal voucher for lunch)

❖Option C: Explore-On-Your-Own| No Additional Fee (includes an authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza lunch at Giordano's)
 

A final detailed itinerary will be emailed to all registered attendees as well as provided onsite at the Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago upon your arrival and check-in.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: The cancellation deadline to receive a full refund is Thursday, September 11 @ 5pm ET. In the event you need to cancel after September 11, refunds will be based on the Class's recoverable costs. In the event of inclement weather, all Reunion activities will still be held.

• Group Rates: Standard King ($229 per night) | Traditional Double Queen ($249 per night).
  • **PLEASE NOTE** that taxes and fees are not included in the above room rates and will be added at checkout when booking your hotel room.

There are a limited number of each room type in our hotel room block so make your reservations by Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. **PLEASE NOTE** that our Group Code and Rates expire at midnight on September 4. Once expired, rooms can still be reserved at the hotel's current selling rate at the time of booking.

**If you are no longer able to attend the Chicago Reunion and need to cancel, you will also need to contact the hotel to cancel your hotel room.

Chicago Reunion Cancellation Deadline (Full Refund) - Thursday, September 11 @ 5pm ET
Cancellations made by the above deadline will receive a full refund.  After that date, refunds will be based on the Class's recoverable costs.

Hotel Room Reservation Deadline - Thursday, September 4 @ 11:59pm ET

Hotel Room Cancellation Deadline (Full Refund) - Room reservations are booked and managed by the Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago. Cancellation date will be noted on your room reservation confirmation after booking.
