Registrant Requirements: This event is capped at 50 registrants and is open to adults only (18+). 

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy: The deadline to register is Thursday, October 31 at 11:45 pm ET. This event is nonrefundable. In the event you need to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund if the Class is able to cover your costs by filling the space.

For travel to Charlottesville from New York City and points South we recommend reserving a seat on the Amtrak March 7th Cardinal 51 and March 9th Cardinal 50 trains. The earlier you reserve a seat, the lower the fare. Coach Class on the Cardinal gives you the same legroom as Business Class on a Northeast Regional or Acela train. The Charlottesville Amtrak station sits three blocks from the hotel.
