Journey to Southwest France to learn about Bordeaux wine, from the vineyard to the bottle. This talk will cover the historical significance of Bordeaux wine, as well as the major wine styles found there today and how they are made. It will also address the most pressing challenges facing this wine region, one of the largest in the world. And of course, the talk would not be complete without the chance to taste some Bordeaux wine. This event can accept only 15 people.
