— What You Need To Know —

To help you prepare for the NYC Summer in the City Mini Reunion, below you will find all information regarding registration and important deadlines.

REGISTRATION FEES: There are three fee options available for this Mini Reunion: Full Reunion ($299 per person), Saturday Only ($159 per person), & Cruise Only ($99 per person). There are no partial fees or à la carte pricing to attend this Mini Reunion. 

REGISTRANT REQUIREMENTS: Registration is open to the Yale College Classes of 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012; guests are welcome, but only alumni from these class years may register as the primary attendee.

CAPACITY LIMITS: While there is no overall cap on attendance, some activities have limited capacity and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until filled. Please note that at least 100 total registrants are needed for this trip to happen.


The Registration fees cover all expenses EXCEPT:

  • Your travel to/from NYC
  • Local transportation in and around NYC
  • Your hotel room/accommodations 
  • Saturday breakfast
  • Parking
  • Fees for optional activities
  • Some cash bars (alcoholic beverages) 
     

A final detailed itinerary will be emailed to all registered attendees as well as provided onsite upon your arrival.


CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: The cancellation deadline to receive a full refund is Friday, May 29, 2026 @ 5pm ET. In the event you need to cancel after May 29, refunds will be based on the Class's recoverable costs. In the event of inclement weather, all activities will still be held.

Cancellation Deadline (Full Refund) - Friday, May 29 @ 5 pm ET
Cancellations made by the above deadline will receive a full refund.  After that date, refunds will be based on the Class's recoverable costs.

Hotel Room Reservation & Cancellation Deadlines - Room reservations are booked and managed on own by Mini Reunion attendees. Confirm the cancellation deadline when booking your accommodations.
