
Reunion Clerks
Working the Yale College Reunion weekends is an incredible opportunity to connect with fellow students, Yale alumni, and Yale staff in a fun and energetic environment, right here on campus! Positions are paid, and include both housing on campus and a stipend for meals.
Our search for 2026 Head Clerks will open next week (January 26th). You will find the job on the Yale Student Employment Office (SEO) website and search “Yale College Reunion Head Clerk – 2026.” Our other Reunion Clerk positions will be posted after Spring Break.

The Yale Alumni Association seeks students with a passion for community engagement to help with the planning and execution of the Yale College Reunions! The Head Clerk role is a critical piece of the reunion team, and involves working before, during, and (in some cases) after the reunion weekends.
Head Clerks must be available for both reunion weekends: May 20-24 & May 27-31.
Head Clerks should expect to work between 35-40 hours per week during reunions.
Additionally, Head Clerks will be expected to work approximately four (4) hours per week beginning April 8th until the start of reunions.
Head Clerks assist the YAA Reunion Team with all phases of reunion planning, including (but not limited to): promotion, attendance building, registration, customer service, event management, setup/breakdown, and communicating directly with alumni. During reunions, Head Clerks take a lead role training other student clerks, and will assist with greeting/assisting attendees, providing campus housing keys, and supporting class programming.
In addition to competitive wages, Head Clerks are eligible to receive meal stipends during reunion weekends as well as post-term housing* from the end of exams until the end of reunions.

The Yale Alumni Association seeks dedicated and driven Graduate & Professional students to assist with event operations during the Yale College Reunion weekends. Graduate Clerks are an integral part of the reunion weekends, primarily supporting reunion programs during mornings and evenings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing/supporting undergraduate staff, assisting with registration, attending to customer service needs of alumni and reunion guests, and overseeing reunion activities.
Graduate Clerks will fill shifts in either the morning (approximately 7-11am) or evening (approximately 7pm-1am), and ideally are available for both reunion weekends: May 20-24 & May 27-31. There will be additional orientation commitments in the weeks leading up to the reunion weekends.

The Yale Alumni Association seeks organized and detail-oriented Graduate & Professional students to help support transportation coordination for the Yale College Reunion weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing logistics and with customer service.
Transportation Coordinators will be based in an office setting at Rose Alumni House, and will be responsible for filling shifts to help support the operation of the Reunion Shuttle service. This small-but-mighty team is a critical part of the reunion operation, and should expect to work early mornings and/or late nights.
Transportation coordinators will be on-site for both reunion weekends, May 20-24 & May 27-31, and will need to be available from 12pm on Wednesdays until 4pm on Sundays.
