Financial Assistance:

Assistance is available through YAA for classmates with financial constraints. Contact our YAA liaison, Cristina Hall with your confidential request. The Class of ‘05 is also offering a small discount for caregivers if needed. To apply for the caregiver discount, please complete the request form prior to registering for the reunion. The deadline to apply for financial assistance (Cristina) or caregiver assistance (via the request form) is Thursday, May 1.

Campus housing for our 20th Reunion is in Silliman College. Silliman College underwent an extensive renovation (2005-2007) right after we graduated. The renovation included updated suites and improved common areas!

You can reserve on-campus housing at the rate of $85 per bed, per night, when you register for your reunion. Fees are based on one bed, per person, per night. Visit the What You Need to Know page to learn more about campus housing. Please contact Yale Housing for specific inquiries related to special accommodations.

ONLINE REGISTRATION & CAMPUS HOUSING RESERVATION DEADLINE
Online reunion registration and campus housing reservations will close on Thursday, May 15.  If you wish to register for reunions or reserve campus housing after online registration closes, you may do so as a walk-in during your reunion weekend.

CANCELLATION 
The cancellation deadline to receive a FULL REFUND for reunion registration and campus housing is Thursday, May 1. In the event you need to cancel after the May 1 deadline, refunds are based on the Classes recoverable costs and will be evaluated after your reunion. You can cancel your registration and campus housing by logging into your registration or emailing reunions@yale.edu.

ACCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL REQUESTS
The accessibility and special requests deadline is Thursday, May 1. The YAA makes every effort to ensure that reunions are accessible to all alumni and guests. Special transportation and limited ADA accommodations are available. If you have physical limitations, special medical needs, or requests concerning meals, please include this information on Page 2 when you register for your reunion. CAMP BULLDOG REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION DEADLINES
The Camp Bulldog childcare program will be held on Saturday, May 24, from 3-11pm, and is open to children ages 3-11. Additional fees apply and advance registration is required, the program has a capacity limit and does not have the ability to accommodate walk-in registrations. You can sign-up your kid(s) for Camp Bulldog when you register for your reunion. NOTE: Registration for Camp Bulldog CLOSES on Friday, May 9 (one week after online registration closes).
